Health is wealth, no excuses! Yes it's cold outside however there's a ton of exercises you can do in the privacy of your own home! That's simple! Push-up, Crunch, Squat, Lunge, Jumping Jack etc! For 15 minutes to get the blood flowing and start your day! It relieves stress and you get a good jump start on gains and progression! Let's get it!

SO true @cw9695 even at work I find time to do ab routines, squats, lunges,anything to get my heart rate up and calories burnt but by bit!
