I am 57 years old. I have no idea how much I weigh now. I last weighed around 142 and my goal weight is 125. I got down to 135lbs and was a size 10. Then March 1, 2015 I started doing strong lift 5x5. I then lost 17 inches and am now a size 5-7 depending on fit. I also went from doing 21 to 24 hours of cardio every week to ZERO I only do strong lift 5x5 for an hour every other day. I also changed from eating 1260 calories to 1600 +. I started lifting with a 12.5 lb bar and now lift 109 lbs squat, 100lb sumo squat, bench 83lbs, barbell row 89lbs, over head press 62lbs, and deadlift 137lbs.

@fanncy0626 WOW that is gorgeously impressive. Such hard work and such looking good for it. I am keeping you in my idol history so I use this to focus on my long term plans.0

Wow! Truly impressive and inspiring considering you're 5 years older than me and look waaaaay younger (and fitter!).
I started lifting with a 10 lb bar too. I've bought a bigger one since then.0 -

Hey, Y'All; Rome wasn't built in a day! We will get there (or at least try). I know I have gotten stronger (can finally do deadlifts & BB rows w/a 50 lb (and I am considerably older)) .0

Glad I found this as I'm considering a recomp but am a bit scared!
Been lifting pretty heavy for a while now, no cardio really. My ribs are visible and my arms are super vascular and lean but I still feel really fat around my tummy.
Weight around 53kg; 5'3
Lift 6 days a week
Been eating ~1200 cal/day for the last month (after a month off training and dieting while travelling) which I know is too little really..
IIFYM calcs suggest 1600cals / day for fat loss which seems a lot to me0 -
I don't hav a beginning picture, but everyone comments about my arms in this picture. I totally lost my "batwings" in the last year.
