Hey guys...checking in. I'm walking but still not keeping up with distance. I planned to move the treadmill last Friday but I ended up taking a spill down the steps while doing laundry...just bruised up a bit. Anyway, maybe while I am snowed in tomorrow with my daughter, I will be able to get the treadmill moved...clean the dust off the weight bench...add more air to the exercise ball...untangle the exercise bands...watch the snow...drink hot chocolate...watch a movie...snooze...oops!...do zumba........hope everyone who is in the wake of the upcoming snow storm hitting the east coast stays safe...0

I am just seeing this walking challenge and it is almost the end of January! Am I still able to join? I got my fitbit a couple weeks ago and have been walking on the treadmill. I live in Ohio and winter is NOT my favorite. So for now, the dreadmill it is! Today I walked about 2.6 miles in 45 minutes.
You can join anytime, no rules about it, walking is something everyone (for the most part) must do. Welcome aboard!0 -
