Lifting at home with dumbells?

Are there any good at-home lifting programs that use only dumbells? I have adjustable ones that go up to I think 40lbs. each. I do not have a weight bench or barbell.

I use fitnessblender.com or Nerd Fitness workouts with my adjustable dumbbells. fitnessblender has a wide assortment of videos to choose from that make it fun and informative to follow along.0

Find an established full body routine that focuses on compound lifts. A program will guide you on sets, reps and how to progress, so that you're not spinning your wheels getting nowhere.
