I had gluten free steel cut oats, chia seeds and almond milk. Threw it all together last night to soak in the fridge, microwaved for 5 min this morn and topped with pumpkin pie spice.0

Today I scrambled some eggs with cottage cheese and toasted a few corn tortillas. I put refried beans on them, added the eggs with cheese and some hot sauce. 480 calories with 30g protein and I think it was 13 fat and the rest carbs. Pretty well rounded and filling. Im still very full a couple hours later. Normally I'd add some lettuce or tomato, etc but I need to restock those type things.0

Homemade Breakfast Burritos

I make them ahead and freeze them for a grab-and-go breakfast.0 -
Today was just oatmeal, but yesterday, I fried up 2 slices of prosciutto, fried an egg in the oil left by the prosciutto (no extra oil needed), and ate that on a slice of toast. Was delicious!
I love bacon and eggs, but find a little too many calories in bacon. The prosciutto hits the spot.0 -
My breakfast options:
2 eggs and half an avocado
2 egg whites and half an avocado
1 slice whole wheat break with peanut butter and a greek yogurt or berries
1 egg over low fat refried or black beans with salsa on top and a dash of cheese
Cottage cheese with fruit

I usually do a very small breakfast. Normally I don't eat breakfast at all (just coffee) but I take medication in the mornings now and if I don't eat something beforehand I get really sick.
1/4 dry oatmeal (that's how I measure and log it. I do cook it though...)
1 tbsp honey
~180 cals
100-150 grams of plain, non-fat greek yogurt
1/2 cup blueberries (or any fruit you prefer)
~90-ish calories
Sometimes I'll just eat slices of cucumber (like around 10 or so ounces) or fruit. Then of course there's always coffee.0 -
I had a cereal bar a yogurt and a Ginger tea0
