Hey everyone,
I'm Kayla, from Canada, I have been on the journey to becoming a female NATURAL bodybuilder for the past two years. I had an injury and a few slips here and there, but I have come a long way. I came from 38% body fat at 120 pounds, to 140 pounds at 19% body fat. I am competing in my first amateur show this September, and would like to make friends that share similar goals, or would like to be supportive.
