Lost about 30 lbs!

I used to weight 163 lbs back then in 2011. i am currently at 134 lbs today. I've kept the weight off for 5 years. Losing the first 20 lbs took me two months just off of cardio and diet alone and then I plateaued. After that I did Insanity and lost another 10 lbs. Then I did P90x which helped me gain muscle! After completing that I decided to weight train and do hiit training at the gym! Counting calories definently was a big part of the weight loss! Right now my goal is to lose another 5-8 lbs and continue to tone up!
