55lbs in one year

Hey I am finally coming to terms with my over eating and limited exercise. I am 25yrs old and am currently 320lbs. I would like to get back to at least 275 by the end of the year. This is a weight that I haven't seen in nearly 7 years and I've slowly realized that if I do not change my current lifestyle I will reach a point of no return. I know this is possible and I have gained the confidence to believe in myself. Thanks ahead of time for looking and listening. Good luck to all.

55 in a year is a very attainable goal for you. Keep going, even when a day may be a failure, get back at it the next day.0
