    Wow. Reading your posts is putting me to shame lol. I exercise 5 x 30 mins a week. I think I need to up my game a little. Oh and drink more water! Keep it up everyone :D

    Is it too late to join? I've had a pretty good month so far, but I don't want to fall back on old (bad) habits. Would love some additional accountability!

    Told myself I shoveled too much today, and I deserved a break. I went back and forth with myself on this day and pushed myself to exercise anyway.

    2 walks today total 50 min. Calves are sore from the Coquitlam Crunch yesterday.

    This past week was somewhat of a challenge, but made myself workout daily….

    Mon - chest, back & arms/50 mins
    Tues - Leslie Sansone 3 mile Fat Burning Walk/36 mins
    Wed – energize cardio & chisel abs/50mins
    Thurs – Legs & shoulders/50 mins
    Friday – Kickboxing & Stretching /50 mins
    Sat - Leslie Sansone 5 mile Fat Burning Walk/60 mins

    Water drinking was met for Monday - Sunday

    Monday - P90x3 Total Synergetics
    Tuesday - No Workout for my 1yo kept getting up in the night
    Wednesday - P90x3 Agility
    Today - P90x3 Yoga

    When I did P90X, I only did Yoga X once with it being 90 minutes long, but now with P90x3, I've tried to do Yoga each week for it does help with flexibility, balance and strength. I am terrible at it, but getting better.

    Exercise still isn't a habit for me unfortunately. I keep pushing it off. I really need to get in the habit of getting it done exactly when I schedule it.

    Sledding with kids very steep long hill heck of a hike back up. But amazing day sun was shining brightly
