Joining this challenge! Since snacking is my "Achilles Heel" this should help me see a little more progress!
1. No weeknight snacking after 9 pm.
2. No weekend snacking after 10 pm.
3. Drink only water after cut-off times.
4. Keep chewing gum handy at all times.
