Marinade - how to track?

I'm making a chicken marinade and letting the chicken soak overnight. It's coconut milk, cumin, ginger, lemon juice and some salt. How do I track how much I'm actually eating on the chicken? Or is it so minuscule that I can maybe quick-add like 25 calories and be okay?

    I weigh the marinade before I soak the chicken, and weigh what I throw out when I take out the chicken, subtract the second from the first, divide by the number of bits of chicken and that's how much marinade is on each piece of chicken.

    Oh. That makes sense... I just added the chicken. Ughhhh. I'll have to do that next time.
