Marinade - how to track?

I'm making a chicken marinade and letting the chicken soak overnight. It's coconut milk, cumin, ginger, lemon juice and some salt. How do I track how much I'm actually eating on the chicken? Or is it so minuscule that I can maybe quick-add like 25 calories and be okay?

I weigh the marinade before I soak the chicken, and weigh what I throw out when I take out the chicken, subtract the second from the first, divide by the number of bits of chicken and that's how much marinade is on each piece of chicken.0
