    1. Popping corn - i love my air popper this makes my snacking tastier (also, it totally doesn't count as a veggie...right?).
    2. Gluten free Rice Chex - quick snack super tasty
    3. Almond Milk - particularly chocolate, paired with the chex = awesome breakfast that is filling and not too high in cals.
    4. Turkey/sandwich meat
    5. Chicken - frozen

Also, this was hard, I hadn't realized how much of my diet was fruits and veggies.

OK non fruit and veggies I eat everyday...

almonds- as nuts, for a snack and also almond meal, in recipes
eggs- hard boiled, in recipes, scrambled...
    chicken breasts
butter/mayo- have to put 'em together, I use either one in most of my meals
cheese- cream cheese, cheddar, string, parmesan, blue...

It's hard not naming veggies when thinking about stuff I eat all the time.

Dove Dark Chocolate: Kills the sweet tooth everytime and a little bit goes a LONG way. Especially if you store it in the freezer and let it slowly melt in your mouth like hard candy. I treat myself to a couple pieces every night.

    Original PopChips: Great for munchies.

Fuji Apples: I started finding my old stand-by granny smiths too sour and they started hurting my tummy and Washingtons are tasteless and mushy. Googled "sweetest/best apples" and this was the only one on the list at my grocery store. I have to agree!

Ginger Lime Grilled Salmon: My grocery store carries it in the deli case with the other "I'm too lazy to cook" items. Mmmmmm. Protein.

My Chocolate Slim-Fast/GNC Total Lean 25 Shake: In a small GNC shaker cup mix 12oz whole milk, 1 scoop generic chocolate Slim Fast and 1 scoop chocolate GNC Total Lean 25 powder. Helps me catch-up on my net calories in a balanced if not lazy way if I'm incredibly behind from working out too hard earlier in the day.

POPCORN!!! I have a microwave air popper! Nothing better ever happen to it!
    Tuna- the 3oz can
    Luna Mini Bars
    Non-Fat Cottage Cheese
Apples, I know you said no fruit. But this is my theory. Never ever just bite into the apple. You must cut it up into bite size pieces! You can savor every bit and feel like you are having something bad! :)

Top 5 foods I have (and think most people should have) around to help the hunger...
    1. Dried fruit - preferably prunes or something exotic like Trader Joe's Chile Mango!
    2. Oatmeal! - This stuff packs a mean punch to your hunger, and gives you so much fiber and B vitamins it's ridiculous.
    3. Chocolate - Seriously. Wouldn't you rather indulge in something you have bought and decided on rather than an impulse craving from any fast food or restaurant place? I go for Theo's dark chocolate, or any kind of rich looking dark chocolate. Sometimes I will indulge myself with some milk chocolate though :D
    4. Salsa and tortilla chips - Go for the stripped tortilla chips, or "dipping" kind (usually circle shaped). They clock in less calories and the bag lasts longer because these chips are smaller in size. It's a great hunger snack that you can portion out (one portion of chips and salsa), and it's almost always less than 200 cals.
    5. Yogurt - I don't care. This guy revamps your entire digestive system by balancing out the bacteria and creating a happy environment for you to enjoy for the rest of your life. Greek yogurt is totally the better choice, but any is better than none!

    1. Finn Crisp rye crackers; two crackers have 40 calories. Spread on top of those 1 wedge of Laughing Cow Queso Fresco & Chipotle cheese. Total calories for this snack: 75.

    2. Jello Mousse Sensations - 1 of these is insanely yummy and 60 calories.

    3. Homemade hummus - 2 TB with carrots.

    4. Smart Ones Egg and Cheese Breakfast Sandwiches - 1 sandwich as 210 calories and it totally yummy and filling.

    5. Trader Joes mini brie bites - 1 serving has 70 calories and I spread on 2 Finn Crisp rye crackers for a total calorie snack of 110 calorires.

I couldn't narrow it down to just 5, so here's my top 7:

    1) homemade gucamole - love the stuff!
    2) various canned or frozen beans - lots of fiber, very filling, and you can make so many quick dishes with them
    3) greek yogurt - it seems to stick with me longer than regular yogurt
    4) popcorn - air popped with just a spritz of melted butter
    5) green smoothies - very filling and easy to take with me
    6) sprouted grain breads & tortillas
    7) very dark chocolate - I only need one little piece to satisfy a craving

Avocados, garlic, onions, kale and chicken.

Not mostly to keep me full, but there are so many things I can do with them and I've recently become addicted to tossing the kale, avocados, garlic and onions in a pan with some olive oil and cooking just until the kale gets soft, yet still crunchy. OMG Delicious!!!
