    Great challenge as this is one of my biggest downfalls. So for me,I'll have to think about just not snacking after dinner. Because of my work schedule, I sometimes don't even eat dinner until 8-9 at night. I don't really think I can set a time to not eat after that time. Can I still join, thank you.

    Yes, you can absolutely join! If you eat your dinner late, I definitely wouldn't count that as late night snacking. It's the mindless snacking after dinner that we're trying to take control of.

    Can't believe how much it helps to know you are all out there, struggling alongside me. Doesn't it feel so good I the morning when you haven't put salt and sugar in your body right before bed?!!

    Yes it's a great challenge, evening snacking is an issue for so many. Keep up the good work

    Count me in on this one. I can manage that 9pm deadline 5 nights a week and 10pm deadline on the other two. That way, when I go to a basketball game or watch a NASCAR race on TV, it won't do me in too much.

    Count me in. Late night snacking is my weakness to the point where I save calories during the day so I can snack at night and remain within my goal, but what I want to do the most is change my bad habits. So starting today, I will not eat after 7 pm. :)

    No joining required, you just post here everyday. :) There is a star on the top right that you can press to bookmark. It will turn yellow. Then, you will get continous challenge updates located under the bell, top left.

    I don't count the day I log til the following day. That way I don't have to keep changing the scores. So today is my 3rd day on this challenge and if I get through tonight thats me 3 and LNS a big fat 0. Haha haha I do like winning.
