How much did you lose the first 30 days?

I was just wondering how much most people manage to lose their first month or so. I was doing really great for about 2 weeks but it seems like im plateauing already which seems way to early for it barely being my first month :-( especially since I've been sticking to my diet fairly well.

    I lost 10-15 pounds before I started on the myfitness pal. within 2 weeks i went from 207 to 198ish. Didnt pay much attention after that. Should lose weight faster probably because its all water weight.

    My "starting" weight on1/1/2016 was 254. On 1/2/2016 I was 249. I think that is more accurate so I'm using that as my starting weight. As of 2/1/2016 I am 235.

    In the first month ... 4-5 kg.

    Nothing at all in the first 10 days, then it just started falling off.

    But I didn't just stick to my diet "fairly well" ... I stuck to it like a tenacious Jack Russell terrier. I was also exercising quite a bit and only eating about half my exercise calories back.

    9kg. 1200-1500calories a day, gym 4 times a week doing 20 min runs, 40 min weights and 20min rowing or cycling. 103 - 93.7 kg

    The first month I started I lost 41 pounds. I started at 337 and by the beginning of the next month I was 296.

    20 pounds in the 13 months before joining MFP and about 6 since joining (3 weeks now). I do assume that rate will flatten out eventually. :)
