Hi everyone. I'm doing a low carb ketogenic diet as I want to burn my own body fat and I've discovered the benefits - helps me sleep better, steady blood sugar, controlled appetite, more energy and increased mental focus.
I sometimes get fed up of the food as I dont know many recipes and would love to know of some low/zero carb sauces/dressings as that makes a huge difference for me!

Hi!! I'm also doing the low carb ketogenic diet, right now I'm eating basics eggs, meat, cheese, leafy green veggies. I recently made a cauliflower loaded casserole which was AWESOME!! I have 2 kids under 2 and I always look for very quick easy recipes. If I come across any I will definitely share!0

Hi! I am a regular my fitness pal user, but new to low carbing. I am 43, a mum of 3 and have always struggled with my weight. I started a low carb/keto diet 3 weeks ago and have lost 10lbs! I really wish I had found this sooner, it obviously works for me0

I did low carb about 10 years ago to help lose weight. I combined it with exercise though as well and lost about 20 pounds. I started again about two weeks ago and started back at the gym, trying to go at a minimum 3 times a week. Would love recipes if any have found some great keepers.0
