Count me in.. I know I'm tardy for the party. Add me if you like. I had my first baby at 45 and the weight did not FALL OFF.. I just completed Insanity and I'm starting it back up in one week.. So far I've gone from 193 to 165lbs since last May.

I want to join! I need a challenge to kick my butt into gear. I am a little late in joining, but I think I can pull off 20 by easter. My highest weight was 220 I lost 45 pounds and kept it off for a long time until I got pregnant with my 3rd child. She is turning 2 and I'm back up to 194.

Tracking and counting macros is working! I didn't know I had so much willpower! Nice changes are happening in the mirror and that gives me confidence to keep moving forward. I have a rather boring diet because I hate cooking. I am learning to make a few things in the skillet and I have found some prepared oven dinners that fit my macros. I would like the scale to move a bit faster, but that will take more HIIT classes. I have admittedly been a bit lazy with my workouts. I need to try to fit them in whenever I can instead of giving up completely when I miss my morning class.
