I use a Timex HRM and I usually don't log my challenges as anything. However there is s girl here at MFP that says you can log most of these as "calisthenics" if that helps yall any.0

I just did all 350 with one group of 100 then the rest was in groups of 50 and waited till my HR was back to 100 between sets. I weigh 260 and I'm male (if you hadn't guessed). My calorie burn on my HRM was 260 and my total time was about 14:30. Hope this helps with the HRM question.0

Ah I actually finished this two hours ago >.<.......but I definitely didn't think jumping jacks would make me tired, but it did!0
