    Cool. I was going to start it last night but I went to a basketball game and ended up having a couple of chocolate chip cookies after 10pm so I'm starting it tonight.

    I would like to join. My goal is no food between 9:00 pm and 6:00 am (a LNS). I wake up around 3:30 am every night (have for years), but have recently been more proactive in trying to stay in the bedroom during that time.
