I'm late, but I'd like to join this challenge.
I started MFP (this time) on January 5th. I've lost 7 pounds so far and would like to take off another 13 pounds by Easter to meet this goal of 20 pounds by Easter.

I love to read your journey. To those of you writing, good for you sticking to the process or getting back in to a process. I hope you are noticing more strength and less pain...weight is so hard on our bodies. Never knew how debilitating this could be on the body, the mind and the soul. Good luck everyone. Write more.

Actually went up 0.2 lbs this week. Basically a wash. I've done 2 weeks of Stronglifts 5x5 now, and my optimistic side is that it's muscle gain, but the Chinese food I had at the end of last week tells me it's more likely water retention. Must drink more water this week!!0 -

2nd week in this challenge. I'm 8lbs down, now. (was further, but then super bowl party...eek! but I gotta say - weight lifting after eating brownies the night before is much easier than weight lifting after (accidentally) eating an Atkins meal the night before! haha, yay for carbs!)0

Started Month of Feb at 234. Today I'm at 228. Following paleo and doing a workout 5 times a week. Goal weight is 150 which is high for my height of 5'2" but I'm a firefighter and have a high amount of muscle I will never be 114 to 130 lol. Single mom of 3 here also, please add me I'm new!0

Why is that the doctors office scale is sooooo different from my home scale. I was excited at the number I saw at home..just to be let down at the doctors office. Do anyone else have this problem0

Today was a small binge on some salty buttery popcorn. I got it out of my system and I'm gonna let it go.
Gonna get to Easter 20 lbs lighter...one bad day equals harder work tomorrow.

Yes, I would love to join in the motivation. I have a trip planned with my husband in November and would love to wear a 2 piece swimsuit to Aruba. I look forward in the friendship and getting to know everyone. Looking forward to all the posts to keep me moving in the right direction. We can do this!
