Hey, had depression & anxiety for best part of 15 years. Been on all sorts of prescription meds and have only recently found 1 that suits. I used to self medicate too so that's probably helped me to climb a few more steps up the crazy ladder. Therapy, ditching "friends" and becoming a mummy are keeping me sane (ish) ;)

SADD, depression, ADHD the rest are undiagnosed.

Do migraines count? The only thing in my head (literally) that I'm on meds for

Yup, though general depression, not just seasonal.

Very interesting and eye catching topic. Nice to see others spreading awareness of disorders. I was born with tourette syndrome(no not the verbal outburst swearing kind) more of the muscular tense and facial movements, ocd, add, and anxiety/depression is included as well. Not many people are aware of what we go through. Sacrifices we make to lead more of a "normal" person life, I guess you'd say. Sports and fitness have played a major role in decreasing all of this. That's why I'm so passionate about working and helping others.

    I have line/queue anxiety.

If there's only one person at the register I'll walk up. But the moment people start lining up behind me I'll walk out. Can't handle it.

When I go to Chipotle I sit in the diner and wait til the line is gone before I go up to order.

I like to listen to myself talk, and I don't like people who don't like to listen to me talk.

Love this thread! And love that you all are putting it out there.

I'm diagnosed Bipolar 1 With only one severe manic episode that was triggered by antidepressants, but I had a lot of rapid cycling for years. I've been quite stable and not on medication anymore, though the last 3 years have been tough with a lot of losses and such. Eating healthy and exercise is my medication now, when I don't, it makes things a lot worse. But if need be I would go back on meds. My real struggle is with the depression and anxiety. Fighting to keep that all at bay on a daily basis.
