    Looks like a lot of people aren't posting here anymore. I've been at this since the new year and have lost 5lbs from 150lbs without really watching my diet.

    I'll be logging my exercise on an app from now on. It was nice being on this journey with everyone! :smiley:

    Still here. 2/8- rest day 2/9- 120min walk/jogging. 2/10- 120min walk/jogging Total 6 pound loss from 12/26.
