    Successes/struggles this week: Woke up feeling super dehydrated this morning so I feel like a lot of this weight will come back. Ended up going out for dinner 3 nights in a row, which is never good. Oh well, back on the wagon.

    Successes/struggles this week: Success- Tracked everything, every day. Made it to a few morning gym classes. Struggles-- Sore knee delaying my workout routine. Super Bowl Sunday snacks at work led to some overeating.

    Successes/struggles this week: I haven't been doing very well staying under my calorie goal. I just can't seem to kick the "bad" foods or listen to my hunger signals. I've had so many salty foods and so much soda, it's like I've never had it before. I'm still under 180, but just barely. The next three days I'm going to do my best to get back on track.

    Successes/struggles this week: Great success. I got the flu. My appetite was in vacation for a few days and I could barely eat 1200 cals without feeling like I'll throw up. I'm upping my cals for the next week or 2, probably to close to 200 under maintenance.

    Struggles this week: I couldn't resist evening snacking and the scales showed more every day. I also wasn't tracking properly and got rather frustrated with myself. Yesterday I was really disciplined and finally it started going back in the right direction!
    Success: I went to the gym a couple of times and my back feels so much better! I love it!
