That I was actually eating about 3 to 4k calories a day, that I was blaming my under active thyroid for my rapid weight gain when realistically, it was all that "healthy" food we buy in health food stores that are so very high in calories. .....But above all, I've learnt that weight loss for me is mind over matter.0
