    Raw carrott works for me. Possibly because they're fibourus so you have to chew them for ages and they're full of water. Just grab one and get chewing!

    For me it's protein powder or protein/granola bars. My daily routine is breakfast, fiber bar, lunch, protein bar, protein shake sometimes before or after dinner, and dinner. Keep your body eating small meals and it will help curb your appetite. If you eat a big filling meal your stomach will stretch and make you want another big meal constantly. Granola for breakfast and a sweet potato for dinner are also helpful
