Mine is 1lb a week . I would love to hear how many lbs people are aiming to lose a week or actually losing ?

I revamped my whole diet and workout 4 weeks ago. In 3.5 weeks I've gone from 215 to 201.2. So a loss of 14lbs in 3.5 weeks. I'm gunna say 16 for 4 weeks. Huge results!-1
