Hi there! I love yoga but I haven't been practicing regularly this winter. I'm hoping to get back to going to my favorite class once a week. Unfortunately with the cold weather I have been so unmotivated to go outside any more than I have to ha-ha. Feel free to add me! I'd love more yoga buddies

I have a practice. i find it helps with improved mobility and balance. I generally recommend that beginners go to a few hatha or beginner yoga classes (in person) so that they can learn proper alignment. bad alignment can lead to injury

My piece of advice is to listen to your body. Don't look at other people - everyone is built differently. Let your body tell you what it needs and how to move. It's really a wonderful practice.

Started about 2 weeks ago now, using doyouyoga 30 day challenge for beginners so that I can learn some of the moves/lingo before going crazy. Going to have to look into Yoga with Adriene.

She has a set of videos for beginners - and she's so positive as well!

I alternate between Yoga with Adriene and my gym routine. I would highly recommend it. It's perfect to stretch you out and keep you moving!
