I am SO happy to join this challenge! I've noticed my discipline wanes by evening and it is so difficult to stay strong when my family is enjoying an evening junk food binge! I look forward to the accountability and knowing I'm not alone in this struggle!
Be glad you don't have family intentionally trying to sabotage your diet like some people have to contend with. Personally, I've gone to bed hungry a few times to achieve my goal of weight reduction. I'm weak willed so its better to just hit the bedroom and shut down the temptation entirely.

Going to bed to avoid eating is a good idea! Just don't bring food into bed like I did in the past...lol!!0 -
