Struggles: Weekend at my parents' place. old eating patterns, not enough drink. hardly any exercise. not nearly enough sleep the whole week.
Success: We went for a nice long walk, great for the mood! the last few days I have managed to stay under my calories, prepare lunch for work, be consistent in my logging, and avoid snacking in the evening.
my goal for this month seems a bit far away but I feel that I really deserve the loss (even if it's a very tiny one).0 -

Successes/Struggles this week: Stayed consistent with exercise. For the past 2 weeks, I've been down my daughter's house because she was in the hospital. Although I stayed within my calorie goals, I must be eating more then I think: more take out, not preparing my own food, not weighing food, stress, etc.. I'll be back home today. Back in my comfort zone!!!
