Needing positive change

I'm 41 years old. 5'5.. 235 lbs.. and in need of a lifestyle change.
I've tried many many different diets, lost weight, gained weight, lost weight, gained weight. I'm tired of diets and have almost given up.
My last doctor visit, they say I have high blood pressure and am almost diabetic? Ugh.. well.. time for change.
I want to be healthy, I want to be active, I want to be successful on this journey
I do not want to have high blood pressure, I do not want to be diabetic, I do not want to weigh 235lbs.
This is my 4th day tracking my meals... it's actually my 3rd day.. the first day, I was wondering if this would help me. Lol.
