    06/06: 260.0 - This weekend I was good EXCEPT Sunday could have been better! Still lost so I'm happy!
    06/13: 257.8 - another bad Sunday full of drinking!
    06/20: 257.2 - went to Vegas and still lost! Not much but, I was SO scared to step on the scale! YAY!

    I just did the 30DS and re weighed and I was down to 134.2...I am really starting to think that 134.2 is my MONDAY weight because this is the 3rd Monday that I have managed to weigh in with this number. I am happy that the exercise helped me get away from that 135 that I was when I first weighed in this morning.

    Yippee! Finally out of the 180s and I plan to stay out! What did I do right this week - exercise and monitor my eating at nights and during the weekend.

    I was really good with my food plan last week. I wish I had lost more than half a pound! Grrrr! I am going to stick with how I've been eating this week and I am going to exercise at least once or twice to help give my metobilsm a little push. I think my scale may be off too because I weighed myself 3 times in a row and each reading was different by at least a pound =/ I think I might have my fiance' measure my inches and so I can track that because sometimes you lose inches and the scale doesn't budge much. It is so hard to be healthy! Especially exercising! It hurts my joints and it is so hot here, I hate sweating! For those of you struggling like me, hang in there, push yourself, remind yourself that in the end it is worth it! Picture how great you will look! We can do this!!! Let's make this a great week and push it!

    Having a really bad week and a bit as keep going over the calories :grumble: only myself to blame, hope you are all doing well and I am keeping my fingers crossed for Monday's weigh in :huh:

    This is the second post I have seen regarding having a bad week last week and not really caring anymore for a bit. I am so glad it wasn't just me! At least I was in good company. My food this weekend made the tastebuds happy and satisfied many cravings. The walking around got my body going again, so exercise is fun again. Still looking for a HRM and some different videos or Wii games, but my birthday is still amost 8 weeks away. I have plent of time to hint to my hubby for what I want. :)

    It is a new week. We can do it and like it! Have a great one, Ladies and Gent's.

    06/13: 134.2 (at least I didn't gain)
    06/20: 135 I feel like crying because I worked my butt off all last week and had dropped down to 133.0 and then I had to go out of town for the weekend to attend a funeral and come home to a 2 pound gain. I think my body hates me!!!

    How DEPRESSING! I've been staying within my calories and even though I had my once-a-month cheat day this week, I didn't eat that awfully! But I've started the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred and from what I've read, most people pack on a couple pounds in the first week. Fingers crossed that's what happened here, or else I'll be really upset.

    Amy, I agree with what they say about the Shred. I gained a little when I started too, but ended up losing in the end.

    06/30: Leaving for vacation on the 29th so thats my goal date- Will weigh in on the 28th.

    I don't think I'm gonna make my goal. These last few pounds are so hard to get off. I have been eating pretty decent and working out at least 5 days a week. Hopefully I can lose another pound by our last weigh in.

    I hope you are all doing well. BTW loved the chart. I hope there is another group like this in July/August.
