This will be a continuation of the winter blast challenge, but all new members are welcome . This will be a ten week challenge running March 1 to May 10. We have weekly weigh-ins, exercise and nutritional challenges and an Amazing Race that promotes fitness and health accountability. We have a lot of fun and our members give each other alot of support to help you reach your goals . So if you want to get rid of your muffin top and be beach ready by May feel free to join.

Well we weighin every week. That is the only thing that is mandatory. Whatever you put into the group is what you receive. I have a pre assessment test for you to do which is optional but reccomended. We redo it every month and at the end to see your progress. I have some great members who some have been with me since my first challenge who will motivate you and support. Never any judgements or negative comments.
Also we have weekly exercise challenges and either a nutritional or accountabilty challenge. I also have an amazing race which is done in teams and are exercised based but we support each other and progress towards our goals. I have found that being with a group that supports you even when we have bad days or even weeks or month can get us
Motivated to whatever you need to do.0 -
