How to combat urges?

Hola! It's barely the 4th day of diet and all I can think about is sinking my teeth into red velvet cake. And I am procrastinating exercise. How did you cope with these obstacles?

  • I ask myself how I'll feel after I'm done eating said thing.

    I try to remember how good I feel when I so exercise (make a voluntary mental note after every time you exercise of how good you feel--it sounds stupid, but it will help over time when this happens)

    Stray away from the temptation!! Do something productive or go to sleep! Lol I know it's hard that's why I'm about to go for a run at the gym. Using my energy on something greater. Come on you can do it!!
