Hello ladies! Last year I lost about 25 pounds, but sadly ended up gaining about 15 back due to a host of reasons. Anyway, I'm looking to lose 20 pounds and build/tone my muscles before my trip to Europe in May. I lift, do some circuit training, and obviously cardio. I'm always looking for more accountability buddies so feel free to add me!0
