Lol, in and out my clothes but the number still seems to hold the highest priority smh

The way I look. I have a number idea - a broad sort of goal to get to, but I'll know it when I see it in the way I look first. I might be way off with the weight goal!0

The number on the scale. I try not to look at myself out of my clothes

Number. That's the better measure of my health, which is the only reason I'm bothering to do this whole journey.0

The scale. I can't really trust my appearance perception and it fluctuates all the time.0

Neither! It's all about the way I feel. Is my endurance up? Am I making gains? If I had to pick though it's definitely more about being comfortable with my body than a number on the scale.0

The number for me at this point...0

            The way I look naked.0

The way I feel and how clothes fit. The number on the scale is whack. I'm 3 sizes smaller than I was at one time but exactly the same weight. I don't even weigh myself anymore.0

Right now it's the scale, I'm sure that will change when I'm down to a healthier weight though0

The number. I kind of have reverse body dysmorphia where I think I'm smaller than I really am.0

How I FEEL about how I look in and out of my clothes. I am not the number on the scale.

I just want to be beautiful!

Totally how I feel and look (in the mirror). I've used the number on the scale to startle me into working on myself...but I don't really have a number I'm shooting for. Other than way less than it is now!

The way I look in/out of clothes. I seem to lose inches more quickly than pounds.0

I care more about how I look, but the number is really what changes on a more frequent basis so I tend to get more caught up in that in a given week.0

The way I look, feel and fit in my clothes. The scale can't calculate my muscle growth or changes.0

Honestly: the number on the scale.
I am trying to be more mindful that it is just a number, but it still holds some power over me. I think it stems from being overweight/obese my whole adolescent life and being picked on for being fat. When I started losing weight, I lost and lost and wanted an ever lower number because I wouldn't be made fun of if I was skinny was my thinking. I got to a weight that was not maintainable and affected my health. Since, I've gained weight and am much healthier now, but I'm always afraid of going back to the "old me."
I am slowly changing my mindset that being strong and fit is more important than what I weigh. Honestly, no one knows how much I weigh, so why does it really matter?0 -

skinny is an insult to me...someone calling me skinny has motivated me to get off the track and get back in the weight room before...
so, how I look.0 -
