The struggle is real I've always tried to loose weight the older I get seems like the harder its is to loose 10-15 pounds.

    Yes the stuggle is real. Start with one thing at a time. That for me was just logging in everyday. After that it was just logging what I'm eating regardless of what and how much.

    Also I recommend getting a food scale. I got a cheap one for about $10 or less. It works great.

    I feel the same way. For once I want to feel good good about my body. I get excited for few weeks trying to stay on a diet and gym, but then I think I always gonna be fat. Try to stay strong. :smile:

    Staying strong and having mental resilience is important, but much more important is following the right eating plan.

    What kind of eating plan are you following to lose weight?
