Losing weight on treadmill?

Just wondering with eating healthier foods can I lose weight just running on the treadmill only? Obviously when my body becomes use to it I would change my routine and make things more challenging for me but just wondering can I lose weight just running alone on the treadmill?

Yes!!!! I've lost 54 lbs and the majority of my exercise was just walking0

Yes - treadmill is great but you need take in fewer calories than you burn. That's the bottom line. My treadmill runs let me eat a bit more, so that's why I'm a fan.0

You can lose weight not exercising at all. It's just easier when adding exercise. Read the stickies in the forum, losing weight is nothing more than simple math, I lost 85 pounds in 10 months last year the number one reason was my diet change, second reason was spending an hour a day at least 5 days a week on a treadmill0
