    Struggles this week: I've been bumping up and down the same couple of pounds for a while as my kids and I have had a horrendous flu and long term cough for over a month. We're finally getting better and I'm determined to get back on track. Would love to get under 16 stone by the beginning of April although it's a long shot- I'll be happy with anything over 8lbs to be honest!

    Starting here again. I was on Weight Watchers but the recent changes to the system and the web site are a big disappointment to me so I'm done with that. Back to the old Calories in Calories out standard.

    Successes/struggles this week: GIRL SCOUT COOKIES EVERYWHERE! But, I haven't had any. I've also been doing a lot of meal planning and that helps me stay on track.

    Successes/struggles this week: I would like to get my water intake upped. I have a hard time remembering to drink water. Typically, I drink 2 cups of coffee in the am... Then nothing all day until I go to bed. And yes, I know that's VERY bad.

    I do the same thing! I need to remember to hydrate hydrate hydrate!
