    Successes/struggles this week: just struggling to balance work, sleep, eating healthy, and exercise....just seems either exercise or sleep gets lacking just not enough hours in a 24 hour period. I just seem to being getting frustrated with myself for not doing as well as I like too and falling into old patterns.

    I know I have a massive goal but I've been floundering for months and steadily putting the weight I lost last year back on, I know if I put my mind to it I can give it a good shot.

    I dug out a cookbook for a cake recipe yesterday and found great recipes with tons of vegetables that sounded fine calorie-wise (or can be nicely adapted...). The plan is to try lots of them to avoid boredom with counting calories...
    not much in the mood for exercise; tight for money so I can't afford my expensive swim class at the moment.
