March 1st Update:
I had pizza and cookies all day, stayed within my goals, and been sick. I've been on and off wagon and balancing between 5lbs on and off. The pizza and cookies I did have made me feel sick, to point where I was like, "Yea, no. I could've made this at home, been better and healthier." but HEY! It's a learning experience and I am excited to start eating homemade again (and sometimes eating out at breakfast with parents).

Anticipated struggles: Staying on track with lots of weekend events that include copious amount of food and alcohol. Also, staying away from emotional eating. It especially hits me when I come home from work!0 -
Looked at several of y’alls post and most everybody seems to be really in tune with themselves and have set reasonable goals. Of course depending on the person, weight they have to lose, activity levels sustaining 1 to 3 pounds a week is reasonable.
I did however notice that a few people had 20 or more pounds, and while I truly wish you the best, I really do. So PLEASE take this as constructive and with a grain of salt, but I would be remiss not to point out that setting a goal too high can be detrimental in several ways. One is that it can be demoralizing, especially if you don’t adjust after a few failed attempts. Second is that you could push yourself too hard to obtain those goals and end up injuring yourself or worse blowing a gasket. Eventually, it could lead to you giving up all together.
I wish you all the best and remember even when you do not reach your targets as long as you truly try you have not failed. Failure is to have never tried in the first place. Stay motivated, stay strong, and stay true!
