what are you eating that has no carbs? and why on earth would you want to not consume carbs? Have you calculated your required calorie intake for fat loss and starting logging your food intake and weighing it?0

I thought you said you were eating only fruit and veggies. Those are made of mostly carbs.0

Nope. It is just a nonsense rule that someone made up. There is absolutely no reason to stop at some random time (unless eating before bed causes you to have sleep disturbances).0 -
