Successes/struggles this week: I'm taking a "rest week" and lightly exercising 3 days this week. Since I started on MFP again this time, I've worked out 6-7 days a week, and my body is screaming at me to give it a rest. I'm finding it difficult to rest and it's not helping my eating habits; but, I am learning I make better choices and grab healthier snacks/meals when I've worked out as I don't want to "undo" any of my hard work.

Successes/struggles this week: I feel like my biggest struggle this week was balance. For me I am watching my carb/ fat intake, and with that I sometimes struggle with the right amount of calories. This is week one for me so I am slowly learning how to balance everything and plan my meals just right.
My success this week would be that I have managed to keep up with my work schedule (sitting at a desk all day) and find a balance to keep myself busy and active as well. Still have some tweaks to do because I felt that I was not as active as I could have been, but I am proud of myself for finding the time.0 -

Success was exercising at least one day above my normal daily house chores.
Struggle? I want every sweet and chip in the world right now. Trying to understand the maintenance thing and how much in calories I really should be eating. Feeling bloated, not sure what to eat to be more normal.
