Lunch:
200gr boiled chicken
200gr boiled potatoes
Pre workout:

Post workout:
300gr natural yogurt 1,5% fat
75gr blackberries
35gr wholemeal cornflakes
Dinner:
250gr canned tuna
100gr tomato
100gr cucumber
