    Successes/struggles this week: TOM... was worried and stressed because it wasnt normal :s but glad its finished now. Ill be back to working out tomorrow morning.. really looking forward to seeing 155lbs. But seems so far away ;( keep pushing forward.

    Success this week: completed day 2 of my plan to start exercising twice a day.

    Weakness - getting dress and going down to the gym in my basement - this is really sad, as I have everything at hand, but I just procrastinate too much, then decide to leave it for another day and it never gets done.

    Successes/struggles this week: My struggles will be dealing with a bad big toe and bum hip on my left, make running impossible, squatting and P/U's/Burpee's are almost impossible too. And I am dealing with a nagging sinus infection. But other than that I am fit as a cello!
    I think a pound a week should be doable.

    > UPDATE <
    I forgot to account for soccer season starting which because I can not run at this time I mostly just stand there and coach. This will take me out of the gym three days a week or at least greatly reduce my W/O time. I may have to learn to get up at 0400 to get in a W/O before work. YIKES!
    I am going to stick with my goal of 185 but it just got real up in here!

    struggles this week: I am retaining water. It's my TOM and it makes me ravenous and cranky. I have not exercised much and I have over eaten somewhat. This week will be better but the water retention will last for at least another week. sigh.
