When is our first weigh in?
I threw this out there on Thursday and I had already weighed myself so that is what I am using as my start date. Just choose your weigh in day and keep us updated at least weekly with that. Good luck to you and Join our Group "50lbs by August 31st 2016"0 -

I've just been focusing on trying to stay below my base calorie allowance and don't eat back activity calories. I had been eating basically the same things most days, but now am having fun mixing it up with lower calorie versions of foods I love (it feels like a fun challenge to make something healthy and make it fit in my calories). I am not sure why this time around has been so easy to stay motivated, but it has been.

Another good idea would be either to limit the group to a certain number or have a number of teams within the group competing against each other. That way it is easier to manage the whole group - teams would be more motivating and something for folks to work hard towards.0

It depends on the number of people that are in the group.
Things we could use for motivation: do an extra 100 jumping jacks per day for one week along with your normal exercise
Try a new food, for example: chick peas - full of protein and fiber
Get a free water app and install on your phone - keeps track of your water and acts as reminder
Share recipes and baking tips
Summer is coming and folks want to look good, me included - we need to keep up the motivation.0 -
