I'm not sure of the calorie content but one of my favourite smoothies is 1 banana, 4 ice cubes, a handful of frozen blueberries and 2 tablespoons of natural yoghurt.

Hubby is in charge of smoothies. He puts in milk, frozen banana, whey powder and strawberries. Put your ingredients in a recipe and you'll get the calorie count. If it is too much, just drink a portion of it.

My Fitness Pal has a recipe blog with the calories:

    Red Cabbage Smoothie

    Ingredients

    1 1/2 cups cold water
1/2 small head red cabbage, quartered and frozen (about 4” in diameter)
    1 cup frozen blueberries
    1 banana, frozen
    2/3 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt

    Directions

Break up the frozen cabbage with your hands and puree with water in a high power blender. Add frozen blueberries, banana and vanilla yogurt and puree again until smooth.
