    Thought I posted on here yesterday but can't see my post, so obviously I didn't! I'm in Portsmouth (south coast of England, not the American one!) and would really appreciate some MFP friends to keep me motivated: I'm going through a pretty stressful time at the moment (family illness, moving house, potential redundancy...) and keep letting the whole weight-loss thing go by the by, so some gentle encouragement would really help.
