    Mine is around 1250 most days. You can add me if you are interested in seeing it. I eat mostly home-cooked food (as opposed to pre-made/pre-packaged....obviously with exceptions. :)

    My current daily requirement is 1,400, but with exercise I can often end up under 1,400 net calories.

    That is not an intelligent approach - the key is to fuel your body appropriately for your lifestyle - when you cut too hard you may not be pleased with your long-term results - unless of course it's a way to allow for inaccurate food loggings
