Mine is around 1250 most days. You can add me if you are interested in seeing it. I eat mostly home-cooked food (as opposed to pre-made/pre-packaged....obviously with exceptions.0

My current daily requirement is 1,400, but with exercise I can often end up under 1,400 net calories.0

At least 4 reasons when 1200 is appropriate.
