Good exercise suggestions

Does anyone know a good excercises to help eliminate back fat and arm fat? Also any good apps that show helpful excercises? At the moment i use Fitstar app for my home workouts but im looking to do different workouts as well.

    She's saying go swimming and swim butterfly stroke but that won't help. You can't spot reduce. You can lift weights to build muscle in those places but that won't cause fat to go away. Your only option is to create a calorie deficit and hope when you lose fat it comes from those places.
