Holla!!
Personally, I love a good shoulders day! I've always been strong in my shoulders, that's probably why and I always see quick growth there.
I'd say second favourite is legs
It's all there in the title, what is your favourite and why?

I always like upper body day...working my arms makes me feel tough lol0

I love my lower body! I can lift lots of weight which feels powerful in that muscle group and I see results there. Plus I can't help but obsess over my glutes and know it's working0

I'd say leg day, although i always seem to dread it the most and regret it the most. Once i get started though it seems fun enough.

Wow, four days a week? I'm completely trashed after my once (maybe twice) a week chest day.
My favorite has got to be bi's and tri's day. Love the pump. Back day is a close second.

I'm a competitive bencher, so three or four bench days a week is my reality. Rep and sets vary from day to day, as do the variants, but home is with my back on the bench, and everything else is simply an accessory for bench.0 -
I like training lower power the best, with dead lifts being my favorite.0

I have fallen in love with the Log Press. It's just beyond fun to clean and press that thing.0

I think that's the draw to it, it's it. Where you see results quickly tends to be favourite. Well is for me0 -
