Weighed in this morning after not having weighed since the 1st. Down 1.6 lbs. Having the flu last week helped, and getting back on track once I felt like eating again has really helped too! Struggling with getting my water intake back up and remembering to track it. Took last week off from Stronglifts (again flu!), but back at it this week as well.
